「Loved the location of this property. We had a junior suite. It was of good size, newly decorated with taste, and came with a small, equipped kitchenette. Initial check-in required downloading an app and instructions that were not too clear. However, once one is able to get through the front door, the self check in machine worked rather well. All in all, we enjoyed our two short stays. 」

「The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ...

「Det var litt tekniske utfordringer i selve bestillingen, men hotellet selv responderte og ordnet opp på en veldig serviceminded måte. Veldig sentralt beliggende plass, og en helt topp leilighet vi helt klart kommer tilbake til.」

「１泊しました。　スタヴァンゲル駅から１５分くらい歩きました。海沿いの立地で、小さい港が見えます。 部屋、食事、スタッフの対応、全て可もなく不可もなくといった感じで、ビジネスでの利用者が多いような印象を受けました。 観光用パンフレットはたくさん置いてあり、インターネットも自由に使えるので、観光するにも特に不自由はないです。 空港行きリムジンバスのバス停がホテルの目の前ですし、フェリー乗り場も近いので、アクセスはよいと思います。」

「This property was in a lovely area but was not set up for the required amount of people staying e.g. bedding and towels. The tv did not seem to work. It was very small for a family but might suit smaller groups.」

「The location was central, close to the Old Town and walking distance to the port. However, the bed was too soft and my mother has a bad back so we slept on the floor. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. I went hiking to Pulpit Rock and got back pain after two nights of poor sleep. There was easy street parking but you need to pay, the host didn't mention it so we got a ticket. The bathroom was tiny but the living room was spacious.」
