「Cozy Ski Condo is located in area close to everything Waterville Valley has to offer. Athletic Club with Jacuzzi and swimming pool - walking distance , Cross country skiing - walking distance or short drive , downhill skiing short drive or shuttle . Condo has everything you need for your vacation , It is tastefully decorated , hosts are very responsive for all questions . We felt like home and will return back ! 」

「The location is fantastic. The condo has everything you would need. It was very clean with comfortable beds. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in /out was as directed. 」

「Overall, the property was very nice. Clean and well stocked! Some furniture is showing its age (tables and chairs!) A few comments that you might want to consider:Directions to get to the unit were lacking detail - very hard to find!TV did not work and no directions in the unit on how to operate it.」

「My family and I spent two nights celebrating a birthday with a long weekend ski trip. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and spacious enough for all of us to spread out. We appreciated the easy checkout process (no stripping beds, starting laundry, etc.) as it saved us so much time in the morning when we left.We look forward to staying there again!」

「Wonderful and charming property. Proximity to ski resorts is great and the town of Campton many things to offer. My only note on the location is that for winter travel it’s a very steep and windy climb up to the location. Just something to be aware of if there is a winter storm. 」

「Very spacious accomodation - interesting sloping floors. Comfortable double beds but singles/twins could use a mattress topper. Great tv streaming. Well equiped kitchen but no dishwasher. Nice personal touches - eg tissues, makeup remover, scales in bathroom! A PLEASANT stay overall! Jan」

「Everything was amazing 」

「Unbelievably clean spacious fully stocked with everything you need. The Christmas Mountain village makes you feel like you are in Switzerland. Incredible view from the back of the condo with big windows on the entire back and side for brightness. The host was by far the most helpful and polite with all my questions. Highly recommend. 」

「Rick’s unit was a perfect little getaway. The unit was clean and comfortable with every kitchen amenity to allow us to cook lovely dinners and escape the hustle of Boston. Although, the condo is located within a mile of anywhere you’d want to be in Lincoln! We enjoyed a “five star” stay with a wonderful view of the mountain and hope to be back very soon!」

「This was a great stay for 2 people and priced right. We each had our own beds/rooms and the modern amenities made us very comfortable. The pool/hot tub/sauna was a great feature after a day on the slopes. Everything was easy to access, including the perfect few restaurants right in front of the condo. Highly recommend and will return, as long as the price stays where it is. 」

「Our room was very clean and spacious! It was very useful to have the kitchen and a separate living room and bedroom! We will be back!」

「Jacuzzi tub was a perk considering the pool and the hot tub were closed even though I specifically book because of that … Pull out couch was comfortable, can’t complain about that. Overall pretty clean, besides the bathroom with pink residue from poor cleaning, and their 2/3 of their wall dispensers were empty. But overall, pretty good for pricing/room size and kitchen, just the things mentioned otherwise would have been a great review 」
