Cozy cottage.
My wife and I stayed 2 nights here. It was a great stay and the home was cozy. I definitely recommend if you’re in the Kanab area. Not far from downtown.

Kanab Adventure
Nice property for our base location in exploring Kanab and Southern Utah. Convenient to Bryce Canyon & Zion National Parks. Plus, ventured to the South Coyote Buttes to experience to amazing rocks.

Clean & convenient!
To get to the property, follow the directions provided. The property is shaded and very charming. The interior is clean has everything you might need The house felt safe and was quiet. I was able to work & rest while there.

Kanab Stay
This was a great place for my husband and me to stay. We appreciated how close it was to town, but was also very quiet. It was decorated nicely - we liked the aesthetic. A few things are looking a little worn -- the couch is a light color and definitely was showing some dirt and wear. Overall, a great stay!

Honeymoon Adventure
This property was beautiful! We arrived late on Friday night and were able to contact the property manager because we did not have the key code to the lock box. They assured us they would be available anytime of day and they were. The cottage is beautiful, it’s decorated simple and elegant. It had every single thing that we needed and the location was gorgeous. The sunrise was so beautiful!! I would highly recommend this cottage to group that has four or less people in it. The whole process was wonderful and there is a ton of hikes and sightseeing things to do! I look forward to going back!!

Quiet getaway
We loved our time here! We were welcomed into a clean, thoughtful space with a sweet note from the housekeeper. Within walking distance of a nice coffee shop. Just on the edge of town so you’re still close to everything but don’t feel in the middle of it all. Would certainly recommend to friends and family

Quick Get Away
Our experience was very good. The house was clean and as advertised, we had most everything we could need. There was a slight delay getting in, due to the house keeper still cleaning, but not an inconvenience. We had a great last minute get away, glad for Kanab Cottage to make it comfortable.

Beautiful desert oasis!
This was the perfect home base for hiking around Kanab/Zion/Bryce Canyon! Nice quiet, scenic neighborhood. It was up to date, beautifully decorated, and convenient to restaurants and activities. We appreciated the full kitchen and coffee as well as the laundry after several days of traveling. We would definitely stay again if we get to come back to the area.

50th birthday celebration trip
We stayed in Kanab a couple days as part of our adventure to celebrate our 50th birthday’s. The home was clean and Lee was very quick to respond. It was a good little place to stay as we traveled to Zion and Bryce. Our only issue was that upon arrival the home was very, very cold and we had to head to dinner right then, to allow the house warm up. But overall it was perfect for our needs!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was a great spot for seeing the north rim, hiking zion and bryce canyon. Lee was great and dealt with anything we needed in a timely manner!

Cozy Stay Set in Beautiful Scenery
Wonderful little place! Clean, bright, and adorable. Located in an awesome town super close to numerous national parks and several other scenic attractions. Great place for hiking, camping, off roading, or just driving around and taking in the scenery.

Cozy and Cute
This Bungalow is so adorable, completely updated and new. We loved the fact that we could park our OHV and trailer right outside the front door and the location is tucked away from the main streets. Not the best view but the side yard was nice. Consider maybe adding a fence and or possibly a firepit.

Great find!!
Perfect house for our first trip to Utah. Kanab is a great location, lots to see and do close to the town / or within a short (but scenic) drive. We drove in late at night so it was a little hard to find the house initially, as it is tucked in behind the storage units. Despite that, we came to enjoy that the house was private and hidden. Great view from the front patio. There is, what appears to be an abandoned house in the back and you are surrounded by storage units. The garbage can in the back of the house was also overflowing, seems like it hadn’t been picked up for a few weeks. Otherwise the house was clean, comfy and cozy. It had everything we needed and was close to groceries and other amenities. I would definitely recommend and would rent again!

National Park Adventure
The interior design was beautiful and captivating. The home was cozy and clean. We visited Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks. Local restaurants were pricey but delicious, we cooked in a bunch and had a great family vacation. Would stay again for sure. We noticed the home is surrounded by shipping containers and a run down house in the rear. Might want to fix up the house in the rear or put up a fence to screen the VRBO.
