We arrived about 5pm on Oct 12 and were told that the King size bed room does not exist for rental, and no other rooms were available. Office staff recommended we try the Travelodge nearby, and said we must arrange refund through Expedia. Multiple attempts have resulted in a phone round robin as customer service tries to phone the hotel to confirm my story and nobody ever answers the call. Hotel reservations customer support tells me the visit was marked "Customer No Show" on their system, which is FALSE. How can the refund be secured? I no longer trust Expedia, and will book hotels direct
