Originally, I was happy to book with them as the manager seemed kind and helpful before I booked. But within a few hours of booking I realized my partner and I had double booked rooms by accident. we needed this room for 1 night , instead of 3 nights. I immediately contacted the host to help me adjust this as it was within just a few hour of speaking with her and booking. I was not looking to cancel the full trip but adjust to 1 night. Long story short - I had to jump through hoops instead of being helped like a human. I work too many jobs and their one job is to hospitality. This review is not toward the manager's attitude toward me, as they kindly and gleefully offered no real help - so i guess this review goes to the owner of the property. You make money on guests. plain, simple. have compassion. They will say the offered suggestions, but in the end there was nothing i could do and basically this was a donation to a vacation rental - and they knew that.
