「This is my 3rd stay at this property, but it will likely be my last. The place is rather run down. I couldn't find check out instructions to save my life and messaged the property, but never heard back (new mgmt). We took out the trash and stripped the beds..hope that was enough. I've always loved the pool, but it wasn't working at full capacity. Most of the blinds in the place didn't work and the shower pressure was abysmal. The WD is great and free. 「Good small house, located close to the beach and the airport. Nice and quiet. Clear check-in instructions, no complaints. Didn’t have enough towels for all of us. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay near Riviera Beach. It is in a simple residential neighborhood with quick access to Uber and less than a mile from the beach.The interior is decorated in a beach chic theme with very comfortable beds, a roomy shower, a bright cheery kitchen, and plenty of space. The lister has installed various high tech discretely placed smart devices inside and out to manage the property and guest needs.The lister made accomodation for an international flight and time zone change...

「Perfect size. Perfect location.」

「Overall we were happy with our stay. The location is ideal and just a short walk across the street to the beach or down to the inlet. We enjoyed morning coffee and walks on the inlet and through the lovely neighborhood, as well as lounging and swimming at the beach. The location is safe and friendly. Also walking distance (5-8 mins or so) to bars, restaurants, ice cream. The rental was clean, spacious, and comfortable (we didn't mind the bed and slept well). It does take a while for the hot...
