「the stay was good being older style was ok but the older smell of the house was not that great bedding etc was clean , house needs a good cleaning and dusting trough out. liked the size of the rooms, allowed everyone to move around and not be cramped . only stayed 1 night so did'nt get to use outside much, if we did stay longer the outside could use some work grass trimming etc. it was nice and quiet area. kitchen area was the nicest area in the house.tv worked fine. might want to go to an ac...

「This place is remote enough to get away from people but close enough to Richfield to have amenities. We loved this place. The stars lit up the sky at night! The constellations were amazing. The cabin has ample beds. And the pond is a major plus for groups and kids. The concrete pad is awesome too for socializing and eating. Warm days and cool nights. Great place.」

「Great location to stay at if you want to enjoy the outdoors. Otter Creek and Piute Reservoir are close by for fishing. Piute trails are a short drive away and great for ATV's/OHV's. House is comfortable with lots of seating around the tv to relax after the day's activities. Comfortable beds with lots of blankets and pillows for sleep. Well stocked kitchen. Fire ring in the backyard to enjoy during the evenings and see all the stars.」

「To access the checkin instructions a text is sent with an access code but there isn’t any service in most of southern Utah. 「the photos are not the same as the actual place. alot of the amenities are not actually there. no porch swing . 2 plastic yard chairs on the deck. the entry way is loose bricks cobwebs galore. the bed are not queens and they didnt even have fitted sheets ,let alone bags on the beds just for the sake of having how ever many guest staying in the home. 「This is a wonderful place to stay for the trail system! Trails in every direction, my favorite is the Fremont trail to the south. The house is big and nicely setup for our large group. 12 machines with 13 riders. The town is welcoming, helpful and fun.」

「We loved the outside spaces around the property. Lots of lawn space for games, volleyball, slip 'n slide. An outside sports shed had many things to most with. Corn hike, badminton, hula hoops, jump ropes. Across a little creek was an area where we played horseshoes and set up other outdoor activities. Inside was spacious. Large kitchen. Two fridges and one freezer. Upstairs was a large game room wit pool, air hockey, big tv and lots of dress up clothes for the kids.」
