「Ron, drives the shuttle and was the best! He was so kind and accommodating. He drove us from the hotel to the train station. Ask for him if there is any questions about the shuttle schedule, the front desk was not providing accurate information.」

「No air conditioner. Hair drier was out of order. Furniture is old. Frequent alarm honker by Alaska railroad nearby hotel is super noisy:」

「This is a beautiful place to stay. From check in to check out. The staff and rooms are what you expect in a 5 star hotel.」

「部屋は清潔に整って快適でした。ただし、壁が薄いのか、部屋の位置が悪いのか別の客室に人や荷物が出入りする音が響き、夜度々起こされる事がありました。」

「I have stayed here three times in the last year I have found it a place to stay. It is close to the airport it’s clean and the times I have stayed quiet. For people who stayed here years ago when it was under different management, I suggest you give it a try. I know for many Alaskans it has a bad reputation, but things have changed for the better. 」

「Staff was wonderful. Our room was a little cramped for two adults and a teenager. The breakfast was fabulous each morning. Also, we ordered dinner a couple of times and it was great. Can’t say enough about this place. 」

「I booked one night by Hotels.com several months ago and got a reminder one day before stay. Nevertheless I got refused by the staff saying “your reservation has been cancelled”. I couldn’t believe that and understand how come such a terrible event happened. It was midnight and l had to accept an alternative he offered to me. It was terrible though I appreciate his help. It may be better never to book this hotel again.」
