"For one of the most expensive resort in Desaru, everything should be ready even with no reservations. High tea at 3-5pm and when I requested for high tea at 4:45pm the server rejected the request saying they have finished serving high tea. Quite a shame for a luxury hotel. Been to others luxurious resorts and never get this kind of request turned down. "

Golf course is good but rest of the place tired unkept staff friendly but have no idea what they are supposed to do. "The staff were very pleasant. The food was ok. But there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage and burning plastic in and around our cabin. Our cabin was located at the back od the resort amongst accomodation for staff. At the back and to the side of our cabin were areas being cleared and burnt. These areas were unsightly, littered with rubbish and used to burn rubbish. The smell of burning plastic was inside our cabin. Most frustratingly the"
