「Ma reservation a ete annulé par le proprio suite a un imprevu.alors que c etait dispo sir le site hotel.com et il fallait attendre la confirmation du proprio aupres de hotel.com pour avoir mon remboursement.j ai eu mon rembouesement 5 jours apres l anulation de la reservation car hotel.com on eu du mal a joindre le proprio de l appart.en ce qui concerne mon sejour je l ai completement annulé.」
