"Weekend visit for family to see our freshman student and campus. The location was phenomenal—very near freshman dorms and main areas of campus. The apartment was bright and fresh, and felt new and clean. The area was quiet and peaceful despite its close proximity to campus, Milledge and Baxter. Plenty of space in rooms. We enjoyed having the living room and kitchen to visit, and our student enjoyed coming to visit with us, grab coffee and snacks. Great stay all around. "

"We stayed in this condo for a 3-day championship swim meet held at the UGA natatorium. The location was very close to UGA and the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for my daughter and her teammate. We utilized the kitchen for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I had to get a little creative bc there were no tops to pans nor was there a toaster, but we were none the worse for wear and had a fantastic weekend. Anyone who loves UGA football will relish the place with all the amazing...

"Great 2 br apartment 5 minutes from UGA and downtown Athens. Very clean; comfortable beds; easy parking. Nice fluffy towels and bedding, even chilled tumblers in the freezer. Nice touch. Great tvs , nest heat and air.. Everything you need. Enjoyed the stay and the convenience. "

"My family was in Athens for a dance competition and stayed here. The unit itself was fairly old as could be expected this close to downtown; however, the upgrades that were put in to this place balanced that our nicely. We had a couple instances of pests (spider and bugs) and a fuse tripped for the bathroom lights but notified the host and they were extremely receptive. Overall a very nice stay and we would stay here again!"
