"Raggiunta la struttura, bellissima specialmente nella hall ed agevole l’accesso alla spiaggia meravigliosa e pulita. Mare strepitoso. Non presente come in Italia, la possibilità di abbinare il soggiorno in struttura ed il noleggio di ombrellone/sdraio in spiaggia. L’hotel su richiesta rilascia gratuitamente l’ombrellone da piazzare ovunque si voglia sull’enorme spiaggia. Veniamo alle pecche: scarsa l’organizzazione delle pulizie che venivano fatte a seconda di chi c’era di turno ma comunque in...

"Reservamos una habitación en MP con cama matrimonial, al llagar al hotel nos informaron que este tipo de cama no existen en el hotel, solo en las Suites. Nos dijeron que solucionarían el problema poniendo un toper con cremallera, pero solo pusieron una sabana doble, el problema nunca se arregló, nos compensaron con el todo incluido plus. Pero esto no solucionó el problema de la cama que ha sido una verdadera incomodidad. El personal de servicio de restaurantes y bares muy alegres y serviciales....

"The main kids pool was closed (and has been for 2 months). This pool was the reason why we booked this hotel. It’s great for families with smaller children but gets very noisy at times. The entertainment staff are brilliant and the food was delicious "

"2N stay. Half board. Lovely hotel. One of the pools heated. WiFi was down the entire stay slightly annoying. Great food in the evenings fresh fish , steak, chicken etc. "

"Great for a week, Pool needs some TLC and more windproof umbrellas around the pool are needed. The lifeguard and his music were great.All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good, the drink menu for All Inclusive is very basic."
