"It was great modern and fantastic staff members who were willing to help & they were standby until late time. It’s great for shopping and lots of restaurants inside of building. The building is located near the lake & cafe next to each other, however it is bit far from a city so I wasn’t able to explore local environments. Overall it is extremely nice hotel, especially bathroom and toilet including room, it was set up with a very nice couch and a large twin shared beds. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again "

"The hotel is on the nice place in Coex Seoul. W o was on 17 floor and no problem with noise from construction on the street. Breakfast is good with varieties of food. Staff in the hotel as all Koreans are very kind. Coex is nice area and subway is just 1 min walk from the hotel. There’s no problem walking around at any time. We had cca 110000 walking steps for 6 days stay. "

"great staff, daily cleaning and room size and amenities! We got the impression it would be an extremely small tight hotel (think NYC or Tokyo hotels) but the bathroom , living room area were spacious! I loved the bath tub in additon to the shower. The area was extremely convenient, less than 5mins to the subway and 1 stop away from gangnam station! This area would be considered far if you plan to go to hongdae, myeongdong and surrounding areas more, which we didnt plan to go. It also has a cafe right next to it which was super convenient, unfortunately the cafe staff and service were rude and off putting in my first occasion so I didn't go back. I would stay at this hotel again. "
