「This house was very clean, great property with everything you need. The boat dock was so nice to tie up to and be about the closest house to "fast" water. The only thing that threw us off a little, was that the 4 twin beds are just floor mats, but the kids were fine. Over all a great stay and great location and we will be back!」

「Maurie's home has been lovingly restored to its grandeur & the bedrooms are super cozy upstairs. Walkability is ideal. Backyard is huge! Very spacious for a large (or small!) group with room for everyone. Delighted to have stayed in a piece of history.」

「This is a small remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood in Elk Grove. My adult daughter and I came up for a horse show at Brookside. We brought our dog and very much enjoyed walking him in the nearby park. I have a large pickup and parking was easy. There were lots of nearby stores. We cooked our own meals and washed our clothes. Everything worked. There were a couple of pretty hot days and the a/c was able to keep up. We will stay again.」

「Attended a wedding in Hood this house accommodates families well and made venue and other activities convenient. Owners extremely communicative and very responsive. Home is set up to sleep a good number of people. Back patio and yard area is small, we thought from photos it would be larger. Many nice parks nearby.」
