"The place is right next to the water - unobstructed view. The 0.7 mile walk to center of Oban was nice in good weather but we got wet several time (expected this for October). Public transportation was hard to find so needed our car. Our room was a little small and cramped, but we could see other larger rooms. Check in and parking was a bit of a hassle. Great “Continental breakfast “ that included meats, cheeses, baked goods and more- well worth the modest cost "

"Absolutely fantastic! We stayed here for 4 nights and every morning they serve you an amazing breakfast. Aysha, who I believe was the managers name, was spectacular and by far the best experience we have had traveling! "

The meal was a reheat .staff disappeared after serving the dinner which was quite frustrating as they took our cutlery. Desert was poor once we fiund staff and no tea or coffee offered"

"Had a lovely stay at Glengorn Guest House when visiting for the Royal Mòd. Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and tidy with an assortment of tea , coffee and some biscuits. I had opted for a room with shared bathroom which was spotless and close to the room. The accommodation is incredibly close to almost anything you could want and a short walk away from the train and bus stations. "
