"We went with a tour and they booked us at this hotel so that was how we came to know this hotel. We were traveling to several cities but need to come back to Tokyo for 1 night before flying home plus we need to leave our bigger suitcases here while we moved around by train, for convenience. We like the hotel because of convenience, near shopping and Shinjuku station. Pricey compared with other hotels in Osaka, Kyoto ext."

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "

"I was a little nervous to stay here because my stay was five nights and I was staying by myself as twenty year old woman, but I really liked it here and felt safe! My top concerns were if there was a curfew (I planned on staying out late some nights)—there wasn’t, you could reenter at any time during your stay—and locker size. You get a locker that has enough room for a standard carry on (not suitcase but I believe they’ll store that for you) and multiple other smaller bags and a separate top compartment for shoes. The toilets were private with communal sinks and the showers were private and clean with enough room to get changed inside. My only advice is to not use the washer/dryer, as my clothes are still damp after washing them two days ago. Overall, highly recommend! "

"This is a great hotel! Very walkable. Literally a 3 minute walk to Otsuka station. 1 minute walk from Lawsons. Staff is so friendly and hospitable. Definitely staying here again. Ever since I stayed here, I have stayed at 4 other APA hotels in Japan!"
