Inside, the house boasts two living areas tailored to suit different moods and activities. The upstairs lounge provides a cozy space to unwind, while the downstairs rumpus room is all about fun, featuring a large television, table tennis table, and piano. Sleeping arrangements are well-suited for large groups, with a luxurious king master bedroom and two queen bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, a generously sized room includes a queen bed, two singles, and a trundle, ensuring comfort for everyone. Linen and towels not included, but are available for hire through our office.

The heart of the home is the upstairs kitchen, dining, and living area, where family meals and conversations come to life. For early risers, the downstairs kitchenette—equipped with a sink, kettle, toaster, and microwave—offers a quiet spot to enjoy a morning coffee without disturbing others.

Outdoor living is just as inviting. An undercover deck upstairs provides a relaxing space to enjoy fresh air, whether it’s sunny or raining. The backyard is perfect for gatherings around the firepit or rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Pets are welcome too, with a fully secure yard offering plenty of space for them to explore, as well as undercover areas to keep them safe from all weather
