All you need and want
There for long weekend during Stagecoach. Walk is a little longer given gate locations in neighborhood but very doable. Pool and spa were great and home was fully stocked, clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house super-close to Empire Polo grounds
This place was absolutely perfect. Spacious floor plan, comfortable beds, great kitchen, hot tub, and a golf cart too! Very responsive host, too. Highly recommended!

Our third stay!
We love this house and the owners! It is clean and well kept. The pool is beautiful and we really feel safe in the gated neighborhood. The owners are so kind and responsive. This is our third stay here and we will definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend this property!

Memorable Christmas, Great Setting!
We had a group of 11 here over the holidays, and it was so perfect! Everyone felt like they had plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking festive meals. But the best part was the backyard, like a resort! We used the heated pool and hot tub, along with the fire pit many times. We appreciated the large cable TV for football games, and the quiet neighborhood for restful time. Morgan was super responsive and friendly about a couple of minor issues that we resolved quickly. Thanks for making our holidays extra special!

Going back next year!
We love this house. It is perfect for a big group. The back yard is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. The owners are ridiculously nice and we had no issues but know that they would have taken care of anything that might have come up. We are already booked for next year!!

Great stay!
Had a great time at this property over Labor Day weekend. Had 4 adults and 6 kids under 6- plenty of room and had a blast in the pool! Great open living room area for the kids and fun bunk bed room. TV had Netflix which was great for movies. Had both a keurig and coffee maker!

A great place for a family of 11
This was a great house for our yearly extended family getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone with the huge kitchen/living room set up. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa, and the waterfalls made it a little extra fun. We, unfortunately, were there during on one the hottest weeks of the year. When we arrived, the AC was off and the house was near 90 inside. But the temperature stabilized within 24 hours and the extra AC units and ceiling fans were very helpful. Would recommend for a stay.

We rented the house for a annual family weekend and loved the big kitchen and pool. Clean and open floor plan with everything we needed. We will be returning for years to come. Great communication for the owners too. :)

Great Indio Getaway
Well appointed home with nice interior and excellent outdoor area with pool. Close to grocery stores, golf and hiking. Nice quiet community for family with young kids. Can see how it would work well for stagecoach or Coachella as it had many bedrooms with many beds.

Stayed here for Coachella and the house was everything we wanted. Even tho the pool heater broke early on, Morgan was very communicative and worked quickly to resolve the issue.

Amazing & beautiful home! 10 of us fit comfortably and never felt like we didn’t have enough space. The pool/spa was a great amenity to have (especially being able to adjust the temperatures for both!)! We fit 2 SUVs in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Would gladly stay here again if ever in the area!

Spent a month in this beautiful home. Perfect house for families to gather. House is well laid out and never seems crowded. Pool was fantastic. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions and provide 5 star service We would definitely book again.

Perfect House…Perfect Location
The images do not give this property justice. We could not have enjoyed the house more. It was perfect, beautiful and the amenities were spot on. I’ve rented other places where the items in the house were cheap/bare minimum but that was not the case here. It was absolutely exceptional and we cannot wait to return. Checkin is only through gate (country club road) off of Monroe. This was not made clear in listing, so checking in was more difficult than needed to be. Otherwise…. Beautiful property highly recommend

Lovely Setting!
We enjoyed 2 weeks of swimming with the grandkids, playing golf, and generally relaxing. For the most part, the weather was pleasant. The house does indeed accommodate large groups. We had 7 people in the house and never felt we were tripping over each other. The lighting in the bedrooms is a bit dark, but there are adequate windows to brighten up the day. It was very easy to correspond with the property manager, and she was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. We had a great visit to the Coachella Valley! Thanks!
