We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month.
Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

• There are no elevators at this property. There are several steep steps to access your apartment.
• In some cases, the community may require additional FCRA compliant screening for guests. If required, we will provide further details on the screening process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our guests.
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
