"The hotel was one of our best experiences overall in Japan. The rooms beautiful and so well equipped, the public baths were amazing and relaxing. Everything was perfectly clean and we felt so welcome. The staff was really on another level. "We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. "This is my favourite hotel in the city. They are courteous and professional. Location is amazing. Early check in was extremely appreciated. They have the kindest staff ever and across from amazing toy stores. Thank you Citadines for always being amazing. I have now stayed here every year for three straight years and I cannot wait to return. Also had the breakfast buffet this time and I had to stop myself from eating more of that kare. "

"this is right in the middle of the action for Namba, and a great place if you want to be able to enjoy the safe and walkable side of the late-night dining and shopping action in the area. A bit of a long walk from the Namba JR station, but very close to the Namba square. Dining options are vitually unlimited from the front door, and more anime/cosplay shopping stores than you can shake a stick at. Very friendly/helpful staff and great overall acommodations with the dual bunk bed a plus for small kids."
