「Everything was as advertised. The cottage was very clean and just a few blocks from main street. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, wineries they like etc. It was the perfect place for our long weekend.」

「Great location if you want to be close to shopping and not have to drive anywhere. A little noisy in the early morning hours but very quiet at night. The amenities are nice, I.e. hot tub, shower however the bathroom only has one functional hook and not much counter space. We appreciated the Keurig but fridge is small and has no freezer for ice storage. Overall a good time. 」

「This property was comfortable and spacious enough for two people. It was convenient to shops, restaurants and church. 」

「I loved all the antiques and the decor was so fascinating. Wish we would have been able to just sit downstairs and enjoy the place more. It really is very welcoming and feels like home the second you walk through the door. Will def stay here again. 」

「We had a great time, cabin is beautiful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, away from town just far enough to feel secluded, but easily close enough to be in the middle of Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. Hot tub and full size washer and dryer are nice touches. Place feels laid-back and welcoming, would recommend! 」

「You (VRBO) need to immediately remove this listing from your service. To start, it's very deceptive. The property "management" is not upfront about what this is, which is a disgusting, creepy room rental. It is NOT a bed & breakfast. Which I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat a damn thing from the people who run it, much less, cook in that kitchen! The management team/owners are deceptive. They are not transparent in their listing. That's strike one. They don't leave the space you're in while...

「It was a cute and cozy old cabin, in a good location, but you could make some improvements. They put the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. Also the toilet had low pressure to flush. In the beds, the cheapest pillows. The only trash can was a small one in the bathroom, they provided a bigger one with trash bags upon request. Also they could add an actual coffee table. Cabin sleeps 4 but dining table has only two chairs, to eat we had to bring inside a patio table, the coffee table was a...
