"Have been here for work off and on for 3-4 weeks and have really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are very comfortable and facilities are great. Staff have been fantastic. Huge thank you too Kristy who has been so helpful and has done so much to make the stay enjoyable and done amazing to keep us in the same rooms when possible under day by day changes with our work schedule. "The property was lovely and well maintained, with a gorgeous view down the valley to a bay of Conjola Lake. Though we were only there for a night, arriving in the evening and leaving around 9am the next day, my wife and I were very happy with the accommodation. It was just off the Princes Hwy in the hills north of Ulladulla, yet it was very quiet... except may the Kookaburra that woke us the next morning perched on the railing outside our door. "Great location and walkable to pretty much everything you need including shops, restaurants and the beach. The room and main entrance area all need upgrading as they feel outdated compared to the restaurant section of the hotel. Average rating for cleanliness, some parts felt a little bit grubby. Food on site was excellent and nice to have received a free drinks voucher on arrival. Plenty of free parking on site and nearby."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, we parked our car in the car park before check in time and went and had lunch, came back to be told they upgraded us to an apartment they have around the corner for more comfort and convenience, what a surprise and it sure did make our two day stop over complete. Jervis Bay is stunning! "

"Fantastic property! Very clean with gorgeous toiletries provided. Beautiful bush setting, with nothing but the sounds of nature. The outdoor bathroom was such a peaceful experience and there was something magical about having a bath and seeing nothing but beautiful paperbark trees. "Good to have microwave in room, better to have dishwashing liquid cos plates are provided. Iron sole plate was full of gunk n transferred to my white shorts - cannot get black stuff off - not impressed - told owner he shld Hsve it seen to - he said they dont check iron - have them replaced every two yrs!! Also couldn’t make ironing board to stay up right! Kept collapsing! Why keep ash trays outside when sign says no smoking!!"
