Southstar Festival
We booked this place when we came here for the SouthStar festival. While the park was a 20 minute ride away, there was a lot of other amenities in this area that drew us to this property. Once you find the place you won’t have any problems getting back to it. We arrived late and it was hard to see the numbers on the buildings. The directions that were given can be a little confusing as they give a lot of left turns. While you do take a left off of Madison into the place and an immediate left once your in, you will follow the road around, then the next left will take you to the building that is yours on the right. The book in the place gives good check out rules, however it does state 11am and the message you receive from the host states 10am. The only other thing that was a concern was the cleaning lady was sitting outside for almost an hour, which made us feel rushed to leave.

Great Location
The apartment is in a great, safe location with very close proximity to many things. The apartment was just okay, It was decorated very nicely, but It is an older/dated unit. I think it would be nice to add a dresser in the main bedroom, we lived off our suitcases on the floor. We were also looking for a laundry basket. The only real complaint I have was getting through the gate when we checked in. I let the host know we were driving from the Midwest and wouldn’t arrive until midnight or so. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, however, when we drove up the gate would not open with the code or key fob. There was no phone number to call, so I tried messaging the host through the anpp and tried the Ring doorbell several times with no response. We were very tired after a 9 hour drive and ended up parking on the street in a residential area. Thankfully we were not towed or ticketed. During the day, we did not have any further issues getting through the gate. I do feel the host should have been available, even though it was late. We did receive an apology, but if it were me, I would have given some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

Home away from home
The apartment looked exactly like the pictures shown. It was clean, quite, located near shopping center, and made a relaxing weekend possible. The property manager responded to all my questions in a timely manner and was very professional. I will definitely book here when i plan any weekend getaways. This is truly a home away from home! Thanks for such a great experience.

Billy Strings😉
We went to the Billy Strings concert and the Spacecenter. This location was clean and perfectly located! Close to everything! Had a great weekend! Definitely would stay again!
