Very welcoming and friendly front desk. Facilities were in good condition. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Downtown with excellent public transit options nearby. Extremely satisfied with our stay here.

They do have a shuttle which took us to TCF Stadium for $5. Reasonable and convenient. However, it stops runing big at 11pm. We were not informed of that fact until I called for a return trip at 11:15pm.

Very nice, but awful to get out after the concert. It really was a claustrophobic experience. They need to change that part. For the rest it was very nice inside and out:)

If you take the light METRO from a PARK&RIDE, make sure you know where to get the return METRO to get back. If you go to a major event, it may take you an hour to get back to your car.
