「I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. 「We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". 「The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. 「家族でヴィラに宿泊しました。 プールやプレイグラウンドなどの子供の遊び場が各所にあるので、子供連れで数日滞在するには非常に良いです。 レストランは、この地域の平均よりは高いですが、それでも十分にリーズナブルな価格で食事ができます。料理のクオリティーも高いと思います。（ハウスワインだけは今ひとつでしたが。） マイナスだった点ですが、この地域は夏に蝿が出るようで、油断すると部屋の中にどんどん蝿が入ってきます。（これは周囲の町でも同じだったので、ホテル側の問題ではないのですが。。） それと、民家の並ぶ村の中に立地しているので、周囲の景色には相当な生活感があります。この雰囲気が良いか悪いかは人によって評価分かれるでしょうが、少なくとも高原リゾート的な風景は残念ながら楽しめません。でも、周囲の気候は高原リゾートのそれですので、避暑には最適だと思います。」
