The neighborhood was quiet, the house is one of the most recent remodels in the area, with a ton of square footage, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a 1/2 bath. The front door took a while to master but eventually we figured it out.
The view of the lake was amazing with the majority of the kitchen/dining/living room surrounded by windows. The afternoon sun shining through made it difficult to see the t.v. or sit on half of the house because it shone right in your face. The outside deck made fishing super easy and the pool was refreshing during the hot days. The lights were a nice touch if you wanted to swim or sit out after dark. It took us a minute but we figured out how to turn on the filter for the pool, it didn't look like it had been running as the pool had a lot of hair in it when we got there.
The house seemed clean but the cleaning crew forgot to freshen up the refrigerator; it had food and debris stuck to each of the shelves. There's a water machine for bottled water next to the fridge, but it was empty. We found more water bottles in the hall but they were empty as well.
There wasn't a welcome basket, note, complimentary coffee or anything left at the house for us when we arrived, which was disappointing.
