A new remodel Lake-house With a beautiful kitchen and a standing granite in the whole house in a very quiet neighborhood you jump off right to the property in the water enjoying swimming kayaking and bringing up your own boat or renting one. Lay down on the sun or stay on the shed of beautiful huge trees large backyard and the fire pit bring everyone together lots of chairs and The outside gas grill Help you to prepare fast your dinner The house it is located very close to all shopping area to Oakland and downtown and many more Beside the three bedrooms in the living room we have a queen sofa bed Everything it’s new in the house and the kitchen it’s stuck with everything you need

Great home in Hot Springs!
Home was clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space for our family. Property is so peaceful and right on the water. We had geese visit us every morning! In a great location - close to stores and downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean home for our family. Being on the water was a must for us. Kids brought their paddle boards and this home provided Kayaks so the kids got to spend time on the water each day. Being located off the main lake but with plenty of water access really helped with not having a lot of bigger boat traffic in this area (of course summer time, peak season may see more traffic) Location was close to downtown and everywhere we needed to be for dining, groceries, recreation, etc. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Fabulous location
Lucia was very easy to deal with. The house was very comfortable with everything you need to enjoy a stay on the lake. We loved the Nice large open yard leading down to the lake & firepit. Jacuzzi tubs are a nice respite after a day exploring Hot Springs.

Fantastic Family Vacation Rental
This house is a fantastic spot for a family vacation rental in Hot Springs! A wonderful location offers a beautiful view and makes it easy to get to all the fun activities. Our kids enjoyed kayaking in the very nice kayaks that are provided. We loved all sitting around the firepit in the evenings watching the sunset and all the beautiful stars come out. Nice large kitchen with new appliances and everything you need to cook dinner along with a large, comfortable table that fits everyone for eating and playing games. Thank you for the easy check-in and great communication.

Great first time VRBO
We booked for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a great weekend with a beautiful setting. Loved the house cooked 2 meals and everything you need was there. Plenty of doordash options as well! Very clean and easy check in and out! Will be going back in the summer!

Awesome house!
Beautiful, newly renovated house. The house was immaculate, kitchen fully stocked and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit and kayaks. Communication was great with the host, Luci. I like that she texted me the address and door code days in advance of our visit instead of the morning of arrival like other hosts. It was a great experience and we will visit again.

Quiet and Relaxing
Home was very clean, and well stocked with cooking supplies. The view on the water was beautiful and relaxing! The location of the house to downtown Hot Springs was very convenient! The owner was very helpful and easy to correspond with. Would love to stay here again if we return to Hot Springs.

Family Fun
For our daughter's 30th B-Day she wanted to spend the weekend in Hot Springs. This house was perfect for her, her husband, her BF & us with our little dog. It was so clean, beautifully updated, fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a huge backyard for my little dog. The neighbor we met was really friendly and it is so convient to everything in the Hot Springs area. We had an awsome time and would definitely to a repeat on this beautiful lake front home. Happy Parents from Texas.

Perfect late summer vacation
We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect to accommodate our family. Plenty of room and restrooms for the 8 adults and a large backyard. Everything you needed to cook meals.

Vacay at ladt
Lucia is a great host . Very responsive. The house was super clean and well stocked with every house hold item you could ask for. They recently built a deep water dock. While it wasn’t quite finished yet , we were still able to use it and fished a lot. We didn’t catch much but the fish were there jumping.. The outdoor gazebo was a real plus . They did a nice job of remodeling the home.

Perfect!
I can’t say enough good things about our stay. It exceeded our expectations. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to town. The inside is so nice, comfy beds, plenty of room with everything you need for a stay. The back yard is amazing. We spent every evening down by the lake at the seating area set up. The kayaks were a huge hit for our 4 kids. The pool table was also a big plus. We have stayed at a lot of places through vrbo & this one is a favorite!
