***WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE: Please note, water will be shut off from 8:30am-5pm MONDAY through FRIDAY starting December 26, 2023 to February 24, 2024. Saturday and Sunday water as normal. If you plan to be at the beach or pool through out the day, water shut off should not be a problem. Rates have been adjusted accordingly.

Aloha from Waikiki! We are a short term vacation rental company, we are not part of the hotel. This condo is Budget-Friendly and has great views! You will find plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife to keep you entertained during your stay. We hope to be able to welcome you soon.

The Island Colony Located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 27th Floor

BUILDING AMENITIES:

RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own)
NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, additional bathroom toiletry, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler.

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure.

Perfect location beautiful view
Loved this place, it was in the perfect location, my boy loved the view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to tunes and enjoying the view. The beds were comfy and the unit was clean. We did see one cockroach on the last day but that is to be expected in these tropical places but other than that loved the place

Good location, sparse unit
This unit is located in a good spot in Waikiki. It is easy to get in and out of and is within walking distance of all good things in Waikiki. The unit itself is fine but is sparsely outfitted. Do not expect any luxuries or extras, it is just bare bones. It was fine for the price but it was clear there is little put in to this unit except the bare minimum. Three nights during our stay I had a cockroach crawl on me in bed at night. From then on, I was hyper-sensitive to any little itch afraid that a roach was on me again. Each morning I wiped off the kitchenette counter, any silverware, plates, and cups that we used before using since I didn't want to use anything that a roach was on overnight. Outside of the roaches, the unit was visibly clean upon arrival.

This was a very nice rental! It had everything we needed. It looks just like the pictures. It had nice views with a huge balcony. Close walking distance to the beach.

The check in and out process was quick and easy. Host was very responsive to inquires. Beautiful views from the lanai. Location was central and walkable distance to practically everything in Waikiki. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, great stay! Would recommend for a smaller group.
