Great time in Hawaii
Staff for condo building went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Condo was in good shape but the stove could use some updating.

We loved this place! Our unit was very nice, we had plenty of room & it was extremely clean. The balcony space was amazing, view of the ocean was great. Literally steps away from the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Waikīkī Stay
Location was perfect and view was outstanding. This unit is on the 19th floor so anyone with anxiety about heights should be aware. The unit was spacious and worked well for us. The furniture is a bit worn (not a deal breaker for us), and the unit is for sale (which is made clear up front) so that is probably why everything is a bit dated. Overall, it worked fine for us.

Good Location
Our checkin went smoothly and Byron was very helpful throughout our stay. We arrived early in the morning, and after leaving our luggage in their storage facility we went for a walk to check out the main Street. Byron kindly arranged an early checkin for us which was very helpful, and much appreciated. The apartment is in a good location and had a good view of the beach. There is a great supermarket called Waikiki Market which is a 7-8 minute walk away. I think this is essential for anyone staying in an apartment who doesn’t eat out all the time. We had a small issue in the evening when we discovered that the bedroom light didn’t work, but Byron was there in no time and replaced the bulbs for us. If I have any negatives, they would be that the cabinetry is a bit outdated. New doors on the main bathroom cabinet and a plain white shower curtain would really make a difference. Also, the furniture in the second bedroom was old and dark, making the room look smaller, and all the drawers would stick and didn’t open properly. Although none of these things impacted our stay, I feel that they would go a long way in making the apartment more appealing.

Once we arrived the view was worth it alone!
Honestly the only thing was the washer didn’t work and they didn’t get a repair person out to fix it during our stay. It was a bit of an inconvenience! Place was a bit run down and needs some repairs done. We still had an amazing week!

Wonderful all around!
This property was everything we thought it would be and even more. From the calming views (sunrise, surfers and sunsets) to being able to walk to walk every where; zoo, playground (we were traveling with a 3 yr old), restaurants, shopping, ect - couldn’t say enough about our stay. The property manager was quick with communication and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Location perfect but needs updating
Location and view are outstanding but the unit itself is in need of updating. It appears to be the original finishings and furnishings. I have stayed in another unit in this location and there is no comparison- and price was lower. Wind whistling through windows that have no weather stripping, old showers with poor spray, no safety bars in tub, furniture worn,etc.

Amazing location and views
Beautiful ocean front views in the perfect location, amazing staff and service. The property however is on the older side and needs updating, especially the bathrooms. The guest bathroom had a smell we tried to get rid of using air fresheners but didn’t work. The AC was pretty loud as well so if you’re a light sleeper keep this in mind. Overall, you can’t beat the ocean views, location and the wonderful staff we got to know during our stay. I would book Waikiki Beach Tower again, but a more updated unit.

Awesome stay
For starters the view was AMAZING! Everyone fit in perfectly.The place was really clean, it’s spacious for families, and it is literally right across from the beach. I recommend staying here also because while we had to wait for check in, the staff allowed us to hang out at the lounge. The only issue I would have was with with the staff at the hotel and not with the owner of the property. We weren’t greeted properly, we didn’t get a welcome just immediately got asked our name and since it wasn’t on their list they were rude and immediately assumed we were at the wrong place and tried putting our stuff back into our shuttle. Once I explained who we booked the property from and gave a name of the property owner they allowed me to step out of the shuttle and speak to them. Other than that we had no issues, it was quiet and very relaxing being able to sit outside and enjoy some coffee with a nice view.

Looks are deceiving
Sofa bed was not clean we didn’t use hide a way beds in closet mattresses should be replaced. Refrigerator either needs to be worked on or replaced. Washing machine seal needs to be replaced has water trapped at the end of the cycle. We could never hook up to wi-fi. These weren’t major issues with the adults but kids had problems with it. The pictures I saw on my phone before booking was the reason why I chose to go there but the condo wasn’t as nice as the pictures.

Amazing place!
The entire condo was fantastic, from the location, the views, the staff and everything provided. Easy check in, communicating was fantastic. We kept saying how lucky we were to find such an amazing place to stay with the best views of the beach. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommended.
