"Awesome location, great communication with host, fun amenities. We usually just stay with family when we come for Thanksgiving, but decided to stay here this year. So glad we did. It was nice that everyone had their own space (three bedrooms) and tons of common space. We were able to host the family for dinner one night, which was such a nice change. The house has just about everything you could need to be comfortable and cook your own meals. We LOVED having the kayaks available. We took them out everyday. The springs are 2.5 km from the house. Super easy paddle. We saw manatees! The pool is large and has a deep end. We swam every morning and afternoon. So nice that it’s heated. Towels are provided. The primary bedroom’s en suite bathroom opens to the pool so you don’t have to drip water through the house if you’ve got to go while swimming. There’s also a large washer and dryer with detergent provided. Overall, a wonderful week spent in Homosassa. If this house is available next year when we come for Thanksgiving, we’ll most likely try to rent it again. "

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Location was perfect and the place was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfy too. I had the pleasure of meet the host and family who were utterly lovely. I launched my SUP off the deck each day easily. There was plenty of parking space and good wifi too. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This is an excellent property! Beautiful home right on a creek. Fed fish in the back yard. Kayaks provided. Kitchen was well stocked. Home is newly renovated. Clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Home is located in perfect spot to see everything in the area. Would not change a thing. Host is amazing and communication was excellent. We will be back. "The perfect staycation! Our family of 6 wanted to end the summer before school started with a staycation. The host was amazing from start to finish. Some of the perks were a fully stocked kitchen, everything you could imagine was available. We cooked large family meals with ease every night we were there. The pool was a huge hit and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and relax. We will definitely be back! "
