Perfect vacation at AMI
Perfect set up right on the beach and close to everything. Publix was a minute away. Condo had everything we needed - towels, stocked kitchen, entertainment, beach chairs, toys, etc. Would definitely come back again!

Home was exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, well stocked with everything you need, and the location was unbeatable. Great sunsets right from the balcony, the pool was well kept, and the building was quiet. We also really appreciated the covered parking! Would absolutely rent again.

Could not be closer to the beach. Excellent views of the gulf from balcony. Very quiet neighbors. Pool area is well kept. Very accurate description and price was reasonable for that season and proximity to the beach.

Wonderful Condo & Great Location
My husband and I rented this cute condo for a much needed week of rest, relaxation, and sun. The condo was very clean and was appointed with everything we needed. The only hiccup we had was the internet password was changed and we were given the old one in our check-in email however that was just a quick phone call and was straightened out in minutes. We loved the view from the porch overlooking the gulf. Sunsets were beautiful. We would definitely go back again.

The unit was nice, pretty clean and well supplied. The guest bathroom needs work. The shower curtain would not stay on the rings. The shower rod holder was rusty. The bathtub faucet was difficult to turn off and on

The view off the back porch was incredible! It was really nice to have the beach and pool so close. It looked like the kitchen and bathrooms had been recently renovated, and the kitchen was very well appointed.

Our second time to AMI. The location of this condo was perfect for us. Next to Manatee Beach with free trolley stop gives quick access to the islands many hot spots. The property had everything we were looking for. Comfy beds and beach amenities. We would book this condo again! Thank you for sharing it with us.

AMI beach view condo
Great location, very clean unit, convenient parking. We were a party of 4 and only had two washcloths in the unit upon arrival, 2 hangers in guest closet and guest bedroom had just one pillow. We reported first thing next morning, and issues were resolved very quickly. Nice place to stay.

The location is perfect walk out onto beach. Pool nice size. Hiccup when we first arrived Saturday night kitchen area flooded with water. All was taken care of by Monday and the property management co gave us a nice gift card for our inconvenience. Rest of the week superb! This condo was equipped with everything you could need!! Made staying in and cooking some meals a joy. Would absolutely stay here again. Everyone is friendly and family oriented.

AMI Family Getaway
This was out first time staying at AMI. It is such a beautiful little island. We loved the condo. It had everything we needed and more. It is nearly footsteps from the beach. The only downside I saw was you are right next to the public beach access area so be prepared for it to be pretty busy on some days. The condo was very low key and not busy at all. Some days we had the pool all to ourselves. We rented a golf cart to cruise around Anna Maria Island each evening. We were able to park our rental car and golf cart in our alloted spot. The only thing we could not figure out was how to work the television in the first bedroom. I emailed the property rental company and they said a technician would be out to fix it, but we never did figure out how to turn it on and access cable. Minor issue for a wonderful rental. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property!
This was our 4th summer going to AMI, and this property was by far our favorite! The views from the master bedroom and living room/balcony can’t be beat. This unit is steps from the sand and also very central on the island. It was very clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed to truly enjoy our vacation!

Our overall stay was great. Clean accommodations directly in front of beach and pool. Great location for dining shopping and beach access. The total cost was $100 more than the Vrbo estimate. Also only one large parking spot was available. The garage was too low for our vehicle. Rental agency was unable to help us locate parking, but luckily another tenant was willingto switch with us for an uncovered parking lot

Lovely updated condo on perfect island beach!
As empty nesters staying week after Thanksgiving we very much enjoyed this fantastic corner unit with beautiful beach view from the balcony and from both the bedroom windows. Spectacular sunsets from the comfort of the warm covered balcony. Modern updated amenities, larger flat-screen tvs, granite in kitchen including on large island plus in both baths. We loved the centralized location of the condo on Homes Beach in Anna Maria Island, easy access to the other parts of the island as we love to explore. Plenty of places to dine including beachfront options and many beaches to visit along the island coast that are slightly different from one another. Visit Lido and Longboat Key, Bean Point and Egmont Key, even Sarasota and Siesta Key but we think you'll love this beach the most. The pool did not feel as though it were heated so we couldn't use it as the weather was mostly in the 60's during our stay but it certainly looked sparkling clean and the grounds were well maintained by friendly maintenance staff despite there not being many other units occupied at the time of our cool weather stay. Very short walk to beach on path and a very wide, white sanded beach with many small half shells dotting certain areas adding both visual interest and fun for both adults or to keep children occupied if you were to bring any. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
