「Property is perfectly located to the beach. Many amenities and staff are very friendly. The shower was terrible, no housekeeping for 4 days. Would stay again despite this. 」

「The ventilation in the Hotel needs updating. You can smell smoke wherever you go instead of the signature scents Hotels have. I live in Las Vegas and the casinos here have great ventilation you don’t smell it as much as you do at the Hardrock. Dining options are not good at all! Let’s start with a nice breakfast and coffee. Limited areas that have coffe causing long lines no area where you can get a nice breakfast. Food court has terrible food options. I had to leave the Hotel for coffee...

「Everything was great, especially the staff. Taking away one star bc something was so loud the entire night, that I couldn't get anysleep. Sounded like machine turning on/off. The location was super convenient next to the beach and some shops, with the restaurant attatched. Also, our TV wouldn't work despite following instructions. 」

「The property has been around for many years. Some rooms have been upgraded. Our room was ocean front on the boardwalk. Sunrises were amazing which is what we wanted. It had a kitchen but you have to pay for the kitchen "box" to get silverware, plates, pots, etc...we didn't pay but made do with the fridge and microwave. The bed was wonderful and the room was clean. We arrived about 2 pm and the room wasn't ready, check-in is 4 pm. We finally got the room about 6 pm. The other guests had asked to...

「今回、予約していた宿が勝手にキャンセルされていたため、当日あわてて探しました。リゾートの長期滞在向きで、ベッドは収納式で、今回のようなビジネスには少しなじまない感じです。滞在中は清掃を含めて有料サービスとなるため、少し割高な感じもしました。上や横の物音が響くため、日によってあたりはずれがある感じです。フロントは深夜早朝はセキュリティが対応するため、リクエストはフロントがいる時間に依頼しておく必要があります。」
