"Check in is slow and understaffed. Dont use the sofa bed as an option for anyone to sleep on....cant expect a dog to sleep on it. Getting a blanket and pillow because there were none in closet was a project. Kids love it here but from a value and service perspective, not so much"

"Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside.
