"I came here in December and stayed for a significant portion of December. The staff here are nice and friendly, the communal area is kept clean and is in good shape. The communal bathrooms are likewise cleaned daily. They also do a Christmas party at the hostel if you're there during Christmas like I was. Walking distance to a JR station as well as the Hibiya line. An hours walk to Tokyo Sky Tree. Overall a very nice experience! Thank you!"

"False advertisement from what they posted on Expedia! There is no staff on site, you call for check in, which was worrisome to have to hold the phone because of how dirty everything is. When you enter the hotel your instantly met with mold on walls and dirty floors. The elevators buttons don’t all work and can hardly fit two people with carry-on luggage. "DAL is a new guest house, and everything has been designed to ensure a perfect stay. I recommend it without hesitation. Everything is clean, and the staff is discreet. The owners are excellent and pay attention to every detail. The only issue is that you must leave the hostel every day between 10 AM and 3 PM so they can clean. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day, and I think this point should be reconsidered. Congratulation "

"It’s my 2nd stay in this cosy guesthouse which has become my ‘go to’ for my annual Christmas & New Year trip to Seoul. It’s conveniently located near the train station & Dongdaemun Design Plaza which is my favourite museum to visit every year. Room is clean & the facilities in the house is simple & well managed. Take note that there is only stairs to access the different levels."
