「We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.」

「Upstairs apartment in an older detached house. High ceilings and big rooms lots of character with wooden floors and sash windows. There was everything we needed amd more, lots of thoughtful additions. Toothpaste and brushes, toiletries, slippers, ear plugs and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Big comfortable beds, spacious rooms with extra blanket and pillows. Great bathroom and we loved the shower. Area was very quiet. Shops for basics a few minutes walk then 5 to 10 minute walk...

「We went to Phish at MSG and I stayed here with my wife and 2 close friends. This place is awesome. Clean, close proximity to parking, food and you can walk to MSG in 5 minutes.Very clean and bright 2 bedrooms with king beds, awesome living room with NYC views that are really fun to look out at.Parking garage literally around the corner.Can’t want to have a reason to go back!!」

「Great place to stay. Neighbor had a party till 2:00am not a big deal for us but a family with kids that night would not have been happy. Overall 8/10」

「The apartment was large and spacious. It is walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Conveniently located close to transit and in a safe neighborhood. The parking is very safe. Off street and secure. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped.」

「We never got the check information hope the property manager would answer at our arrival since we were coming from another state. I started to contact them since 10 am hoping to get a response and even call customer service and they tried to contact the owner multiple times and no response and after an hour he cancelled our itinerary! Hopefully Vrbo was able to refund the money and had to look at 10 pm another place to stay! Worst part we were traveling with elders and kids . Worst experience...

「The property was a great place to stay! Unfortunately when you click the map on the listing it takes you to the wrong address, fortunately the real address was only 1 minute away. There was a camera outside that beeped every 5 seconds and it could be heard all night long in the back bedroom. The hot water could be turned up as you only get about 5 minutes while showering. The parking was nice to have but you need to have a very very small car! 」

「Parking is really narrow and not convenient if you want to travel o New York , have to pay toll fee to New York . 」

「The accommodations were great for a large family, just a short walk to the train to get to any of the sights in New York. Property Manager was very responsive when I needed a question answered. 」
