「It advertised 8 restaurants, but all but the food court was closed. Their food was below average. Not even a Hard Rock Cafe in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino!! Pool wasn’t open. Never had my room serviced either. 」

「Rooms in the south tower that are newer are pretty nice compared to the older rooms in the central tower. Front desk staff was nice. Food court not great, Beach Cafe average. Sundry shop very nice.」

「Came in from Santa Fe before heading home. Stayed here before as Hard Rock and now as Isleta. Great place, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend.」

「The hotel is NOT attached to the casino. That was the entire reason I stayed here. Whoops. You have to walk the entire length of the parking lot to travese between the casino and hotel. Not exactly safe feeling with a pocket full of cash. Bad weather made it even worse. No shuttle. No valet at either location. The only covered parking is at the casino, not the hotel. The hotel is very dated and kinda grimey feeling. There were pubic hairs in one of the beds. I won't be returning. 」

「Will absolutely return to this quiet sanctuary. Impeccable service! The rooms are amazing! We enjoyed the trail ride with great horses. Concierge is second to none! They accommodate and help in any way. We loved the Mercedes car service as well. So much to love about this place! 」
