The Space:
Welcome to Mundoo Sunrise, a stunning holiday rental located on Mundoo Channel Drive, Hindmarsh Island, This family-friendly getaway offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature, making it an ideal destination for families, couples, and friends seeking a serene escape.
Accommodation Features:
Bedrooms: Enjoy restful nights in our three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a Queen bed with an amazing water view and an ensuite bathroom providing a private sanctuary. The other two bedrooms also provide comfortable queen beds with a shared bathroom, ensuring ample space for everyone.
All bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests booked so please be honest with your numbers.
You will need to bring your own beach towels if required.

Living and Dining: The large open-plan living and dining area is designed for relaxation and togetherness. With sensational views of the water from all areas, gather around for meals, games, or simply unwind with a good book or movie. If the weather allows, throw the doors open to the outdoor living spaces and enjoy either front or rear decks for a relaxed BBQ and a bevy or two.
The well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, gas cooktop & island bench plus a Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Modern Bathrooms: In addition to the master ensuite, there is a well-appointed main bathroom with a bath to cater to all guests' needs. There is also a spacious laundry with convenient storage space for any beach extras you bring with you.
Outdoor Highlights:
Deck Areas: If the weather allows, throw the doors open to the outdoor living spaces and enjoy either front or rear decks for a relaxed BBQ and a bevy or two while enjoying the breathtaking views. For cooler months there is a small fire pit but you’ll need to bring your own wood.

Stunning Sunrises: Witness the most spectacular sunrises from the deck or the comfort of the master bedroom, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink, and creating a magical start to your day.
Private Jetty: Bring your boat along and take full advantage of the property's private jetty. Whether you're an avid fisherman or just enjoy a leisurely boat ride, this feature adds an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment.
Things to Do on Hindmarsh Island:
Discover the beauty of the Coorong National Park with its rich wildlife, serene waters, and stunning landscapes. Perfect for boating, kayaking, or bird watching.
Hindmarsh Island Marina: Enjoy a day at the marina, where you can take a leisurely stroll, watch boats sail by, or even hire a boat for a day out on the water. The Islanders’ Tavern is a great spot for lunch or dinner too.
The Coorong Cafe at Sugar's Beach is the closest to the house for a meal and perhaps some entertainment. Contact Canoe the Coorong if you'd like to hire a kayak or take part in one of their group tours.
You can also borrow the two kayaks which belong to the property. They will be available for your use.
Please note that this property is strictly NO smoking or vaping inside or outside. $200 fines will apply for non compliance.

This property is not available for schoolies bookings and doesn't accept 25 Dec arrival/departure. Parties are not permitted. Parties and events fee $200 per occurrance. Late night disturbance fee $200 per occurrence. Please do not book this house if you or anyone else in your group is a smoker as we do not want to be picking up cigarette butts from the deck areas or the gardens. $200 fine for non compliance
Additional people above 4 are charged at $40 per person per night.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Via locked box. Instructions will be sent on the morning of check in.
