Palmera was kid and pet friendly. The rooms were clean and ours had a back door that led out to the grill area. We grilled out twice on our stay. The property was safe, and our kids loved to roam around and swim without any problems. The breakfast every morning was so convenient. I wish there was some kind of snack bar and bar that we could enjoy throughout the day. We would definitely visit again.

Better than expected. Clean, updated and is conveniently located 9 mins from the beach and shops. The room had everything we needed, including a stove and every essentials to make a good meal, which will be great for when we go back for longer. I slept on the pull out couch with one of my kids, and it was the most comfortable pull out couch I have ever slept in! We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot, we prefer being not in the beach and this was perfectly close to everything. In the end we’re sleeping here and using the pool mainly. Good ac, breakfast was ok included in the price so that’s a plus.

When we walked into our room/suite we were literally shocked at the size, the fully equipped kitchen, cleanliness, and modern. The grounds were awesome as well. All for a very reasonable price for our early June 2024 stay. We will not hesitate to stay here next time we are in HH.

This once was a great hotel but now they've taken the basics out of the room: paper towels, salt and pepper shaker, variety of teas with sugar. Its just a room to lay your head. There is a microwave and fridge for those meals you bring back. This may be the last time we use this hotel. We've used it for at least 4 years.

Property was very loud had to call and complain about noise at 5 am. Day two wasn’t much different didn’t bother to call because my call didn’t change the noise level on day 1. Not very clean. Ok to stay because of the location and lots of parking.
