「Really nice carriage house (apartment above garage) in an amazing location in Rosemary Beach. Very clean and modern unit. Things to be aware of - the master bedroom is a loft above the main floor. There is no bathroom on the bedroom level - just the one on the main floor - which was fine for us, but isn't ideal. 「We had a fantastic time staying at Randy’s place. The carriage house was very clean and in a great location. We used the bikes to explore Watercolor and Seaside. Having access to the Watercolor amenities was also a lovely addition. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience for us! 」

「We loved the house – it has so much more charm than the cookie-cutter new builds and we were impressed that there have been only 3 owners in it's 100 year history! Kelly has done a great job of maintaining all of it's original character but with all modern amenities.
