I stayed at the room "family suite", which has separated bedrooms and a small kitchen. The interior decoration was lovely and there was a nice dining table too. We enjoyed the full-English breakfast every morning. I couldn't believe they were all included in this reasonable price!! The location was also really nice. Very near from the Baker Street, nice shops and various choices of cozy restaurants!!

After we checked into the hotel, one of the staff came into our room and left sweets on our bed while we were out. While this is a lovely gesture we didn’t ask for them to come inside or leave the door on the clean the room option. I trust that the staff won’t steal but I felt as if some privacy had been invaded regarding our valuables and possible items which we don’t want others to see. Luckily we tidied before heading out to avoid this and we hid our embarrassing items and valuables. Other than this small detail it is an amazing hotel with incredible staff with a welcoming feel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

駅に近く観光拠点としては非常に良い。部屋は狭いが清潔感があり、デザインも良いので問題ない。
