気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス
Lack of a full time front desk clerk is a big turnoff. I’m sure the owners refuse to pay for quality service or extra workers. No motel employee is in sight all day.
I called in advance and left a message. No one called me back until 30 minutes before our estimated arrival at 9:30 pm.
They wanted me to pick up a key at another hotel. I said no. You had to call a number to get checked in service.
Very Bad customer service plus I was told the other motel lacked cleanness too. Owners must pay for more motel workers. Not just rake in the tourist dollars.
