「Terrible - no basic facilities such as toilet roll or towels. No response from property when tried to raise issues. Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality 」

「I was there one month, no cleaning service. No one ever came by to clean the room. The money deposit of 100£ was not given back to me. They said my room was in bad condition. Moreover they said it smells like smoke everywhere, but I am not a smoker. There are cockroaches in the kitchen and showers. Also there are cameras everywhere.」
