"What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. Dog friendly room with a dog bed, bowl, treats and towel. Booked again for November Perfect location, you really are at the centre of the town. "

"What an amazing property! We could not have been more impressed. Just gorgeous. Very, very happy with my experience with friends on my 50th, it was just wonderful. Our host was really helpful and helped on follow up queries. Can get a bit colder in the night for those staying up late, but on balance I could not be more happier about my stay. All my guests were hugely impressed with the venue. "

"Had a great long weekend at the property. Had loads of stuff there to use the kitchen to its full potential. Was lovely and warm and everyone had plenty of space in the accommodation. We were able to celebrate Christmas with my mum who is going to Guatemala next month and won’t be there. A few tiny tweaks will make this a perfect let but already great as it is."

"Beautiful views… The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host Janet was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and completely respected our privacy. Awesome place to stay, with amazing walks just outside the door. We loved the waterfall which was a very short walk away… The track leading to the accommodation is covered in potholes which is the only downside. The views and the walks outweigh this minor inconvenience. We highly recommend…"

"Lovely hotel, had a nice weekend. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower powerful. Beds comfy. Was surprised there was no fridge or toiletries, only a wall pump shampoo. Walls are paper thin, thankfully other guests mostly considerate but could even hear noses being blown from next door! Food at brasserie was hit and miss, and the shoutng from the kitchen was odd and unpleasent. As another table commented, it was like being in McDonalds... Surroundings and social areas were lovely,...
