「We came there for a concert and are room was unavailable because of a plumbing issue. We were given a key for a different room for when we returned. When we arrived at the second room there was no bedding or pillows, no controller for the AC. The window was broke out of the bathroom and the TV had been stolen. I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it. 」

「This place is great!! Easy interstate access and really clean. The staff is amazing. I left a pair of wireless earbuds in my room. The staff found them and saved them until I returned. I was amazed at the honest and integrity they showed. 」
