****The neighbor's plans to renovate their cottage (two cottages away from Edgewater) have been scrapped, so major construction at the home next door is no longer an issue for the 2024 season. The neighbors are hoping to re-build their deck in the Fall of 2024, but that project has not been confirmed. As the owner realizes the deck construction would affect the enjoyment of our guests, he has offered a 15% discount on the base rental rate for guests who are impacted by the possible deck construction in the Fall of 2024.
