「We had a great stay at the Pell! Great customer service from the whole staff! Felt like we were at our home the way everyone treated us. We loved Jesse and Mo at the Helmway Restaurant too that is connected right to the Pell. 」

「Hotel Viking gets high marks for their customer service. All of the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, including a refrigerator. The rooms are quiet. The valet parking was quick and there is a fee. I had an excellent time here for a 2 day stay. 」

「For the price point it was good. Everything is pretty simple nothing extra or memorable but served the job of a place to sleep. Location is perfect for walking around downtown! 」

「Wonderful facility with attentive staff and great service. Unfortunate that some parents weren’t respectful of other guests in wangling their children who spent rday and night running throughout the hotel. Children running through the halls at 10pm is unacceptable, at any hotel billing themselves as a resort. While the staff politely asked the unattended children to refrain, the situation warranted an escalation and speaking with their parents to resolve the issue. 」
