Week in Michigan
We stayed at this property for a week. There were 6 of us total, all over 23 years old.
The home was clean and spacious. We had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Just as advertised. It was also well stocked with detergents, towels, and other necessities. This was much appreciated.
Our problem was with the management. We had issues with ants and the dishwasher not properly cleaning dishes and had a bad odor. We found several dirty dishes upon arrival. We ran them through the dishwasher again, and they were still not cleaned. Luckily, we had handy people in our family who were able to locate the filter on the dishwasher. It was filled with broken glass and paper. Cleaning the filter did not fix the dishwasher.
We called management and they did not answer. We left a voicemail message, and sent a text message, and got no response at all. We resent the message the next day and still received nothing. We had to buy paper plates and utensils as we did not feel confident using the provided dishes. We also bought our own ant trap to deal with the ant problem.
Temperature regulation also was a minor issue. It was very hot upstairs but freezing cold on the bottom floor.
Besides these things, we had a great stay. The condo was centrally located between all places we wanted to visit, and was not noisy at all.
