My husband, toddler and I just stayed in this unit over presidents break. The location can’t be beat. Located at the base of the mountain in JJ Lodge, this unit is easy access to slopes, kids ski school, and restaurants. We didn’t move our car once. Also nice that a cafeteria is 2 floors down and a patio with fire place to hang out post skiing.
JJ Lodge common areas, hallways, and elevators are old, run down and dirty. The unit itself is very clean and updated. However, the bedroom has a Murphy bed which is beyond uncomfortable, the mattress is just awful. There are no night stands, no closet and no dresser or armoire. We had our bags on the floor with no where to put clothing. There’s also oddly a Pilates reformer next to the bed. The living space has no end tables or coffee table and the small love seats aren’t comfortable and don’t have any throw pillows. The kitchen has bare bones and no microwave. Overall the inside is missing a homey feel and some basic essentials.
Marlene was quick to respond via text, which is always nice. Iffy on if I would return because if sleep set up.
