The Tides is two separate units, the High Tide and Low Tide in one building. This is a two family home, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. The tides sleeps 14 people comfortably in beds.

Welcome to The Tides... Get over the Hampton Bridge and park right here on P St. before all the traffic starts, walk to the boardwalk and all your favorite places...

There is plenty of living space at The Tides. The Tides is 2 separate units, the High Tide and the Low Tide, in one building. This two family home has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. The Tides sleeps 16 in beds total.

A nice walk to the Casino and the free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell (exactly a .6 mile walk from the house), and it's about a 2 blocks to the beach, .2 miles.

The High Tide:
On the 2nd floor is a large eat-in kitchen that seats 6, 1 full bathroom (shower, no tub) with washer/dryer, a large open living room with 52” Roku TV and XfinityX1 wireless Internet. We do not have “regular cable TV”, just strong Internet for the Roku TV and all your devices. The High Tide has both a front enclosed porch and a back open porch, plenty of outdoor space here. There’s also a Gas Grill off the back porch.

4 Bedrooms on the second floor of the upper unit:
Bedroom #1 - one queen bed
Bedroom #2 - one full bed
Bedroom #3 - one full bed
Bedroom #4 - one full bed with day bed

Low Tide amenities include ground level entry/no stairs, an eat in kitchen with seating for 6, an outdoor patio space, 1 full bathroom (shower, no tub), large open living room with 43” Roku HD TV and, XfinityX1 Blast wireless Internet. We don’t not have “regular cable TV”, just strong Internet for the Roku TV and all your devices.

2 Bedrooms in the lower unit:
Bedroom #1 - one queen bed
Bedroom #2 - two full beds
Day bed in the living room

The Tides will sleep 16 in beds, including the day beds. Please bring linens and your favorite pillow as we do not provide linens, towels, blankets, or pillows.

Both kitchens are complete with full-sized appliances. We have window air conditioning units in all bedrooms, and some window air conditioning units in the main living areas.

The Tides has private parking for 2 cars at the house, and remote parking for 2 cars 200 yards away in a private parking lot . Additional public pay parking is available just one block away. The Tides parks 4 cars total.

We offer contactless check in/check out for all of our properties. The door code and all check in instructions will be provided when final payment is made (60 days before check in) and one week before check in.

Right out your door you'll find the Coffee Break Cafe, a Laundromat, Patriot Convenience Store, Sabos Subs, Stacey Janes Karaoke Bar, and The Ocean Wok. Bernies Beach Bar and Buc's Lagoon Mini Golf, Snack Bar, and Ice Cream are just a few blocks away.
