「Pool was open nice and late and it was heated which was lovely. Location a bit bizarre (by an outlet mall that is mostly out-of-business), but kind of like a hidden gem. Great food options just a short drive away. Really friendly staff.」

「Walked into lobby to check in. Another couple had been there 15 minutes with no service. Rang bell. No person at the desk. Five minutes. I called the telephone number. No answer. I called again.
